   Steyr, Austria, 8 May 2025 – Steyr Motors AG ([1]ISIN AT0000A3FW25), one
   of the world's leading companies in the field of customized engines for
   mission-critical defense and civil applications, yesterday held its first
   Annual General Meeting following its successful stock market listing in
   Steyr, Austria.

   The shareholders' meeting approved the joint proposal of the Management
   and Supervisory Board and resolved to distribute a dividend of EUR 0.55
   per share out of the net retained profit as of 31 December 2024. In total,
   EUR 2,860,000.00 will be distributed from Steyr Motors AG’s net retained
   profit of EUR 7,814,039.88. The remainder of the retained profit will be
   carried forward.

   The Annual General Meeting expressed its confidence in CEO Julian Cassutti
   and the members of the Supervisory Board for the (partial) fiscal year
   2024 and approved all agenda items with a large majority. In his speech,
   CEO Julian Cassutti highlighted the company’s successful repositioning and
   the visible progress of its international expansion. Numerous large-scale
   orders from military and civilian customers around the globe confirm this
   trajectory and ensure a solid workload for Steyr Motors, with an order
   volume of approximately EUR 200 million spanning several years.

   “The new demand for security and the significant need to catch up on
   defense readiness are creating a special cycle expected to last ten years
   or more. We are entering a phase of strong growth and sustained
   profitability thanks to our full order books and the prospect of further
   high-volume contracts fueled by new defense budgets. We can look to the

   AG.
