   Franz Mittermayer, Member of the Executive Board of EVN AG, has informed
   the Supervisory Board today that he will not serve on the Executive Board
   until the regular expiry of his term of office on 30 September 2027, but
   will resign from his position prematurely on 31 March 2024 due to
   retirement. A new member of the Executive Board will be nominated on the
   basis of a job advertisement in compliance with the Law on Transparency in
   the Filling of Positions in State-Affiliated Companies
   ("Stellenbesetzungsgesetz").
