vom 11. Oktober 2011 (Eingang bei der Gesellschaft am 17. Oktober 2011) gemäss
§ 21 Abs. 1 WpHG folgendes mitgeteilt:
Notification pursuant to section 21 sub-sec. 1 of the German Securities Trading
Act ('WpHG') (Stimmrechtsmitteilung)
We hereby notify you that on 20 July 2007 the holding in voting rights of Värde
Investment Partners G.P., LLC, 8500 Normandale Lake Boulevard, Suite 1500,
Minneapolis, MN 55437, United States of America ("United States?), in NESCHEN
AG, Hans-Neschen-Str. 1, 31675 Bückeburg, Germany, fell below the threshold of
10% of the voting rights in NESCHEN AG and on that day amounted to 5.68% of the
voting rights in NESCHEN AG, corresponding to 745,874 of a total number of
13,125,000 voting rights in NESCHEN AG.
All of these voting rights were attributed to Värde Investment Partners G.P.,
LLC pursuant to section 22 sub-sec. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act.
