date, Fidelity Management & Research Company held 5.01% of the voting rights in
centrotherm photovoltaics AG, arising from 1,059,714 voting rights.

All voting rights in centrotherm photovoltaics AG were attributed to Fidelity
Management & Research Company pursuant to section 22 (1) sent 1 no. 6 WpHG. The
voting rights were attributed to Fidelity Management & Research Company inter
alia from Fidelity Advisor Series I, being a shareholder holding 3% or more of
the voting rights in centrotherm photovoltaics AG.
