10, 5 and 3 percent and on this day amounts to 0.00 percent, corresponding to
none voting rights.

2. Cyrte Investments B.V., Naarden, The Netherlands, informed us pursuant to
section 21, subsection 1 WpHG that on July 26, 2011 their holding of voting
rights in Versatel AG, Berlin, Germany fell below the thresholds of 25, 20, 15,
10, 5 and 3 percent and on this day amounts to 0.00 percent, corresponding to
none voting rights.
