Neuhausen am Rheinfall / Switzerland - LifeWatch AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: LIFE)
announced today that according to a notification signed on April 28, 2011,
Federated Equity Management Company, 1001 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania 15222 (Contact: Todd Gibson/Tel. +1 412 288 7403) holds since a
purchase on January 21 and January 25, 2011, respectively, indirectly and via
the Federated Kaufmann Fund, 4000 Ericsson Drive, Warrendale, Pennsylvania
15086-7561, with 646,125 registered shares 4.93% of the voting rights in
LifeWatch AG. Out of these amount 600'000 registered shares or 4.58% of the
voting rights are held alone by the Federated Kaufmann Fund.

Federated Equity Management Copmany is controlled by John F. Donahue, Rhodora
Donahue, and J. Christopher Donahue, c/o The Beachwood Company, 1001 Liberty
Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222, who are Trustees of the Voting Shares
Irrevocable Trust with homonymous address. Voting Shares Irrevocable Trust,
which owns all of the voting shares of Federated Investors, Inc. is the
ultimate parent company of Federated Equity Management Company. The beneficial
