21, paragraph 1, sentence 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that on
August 24, 2010 the voting rights of BNY Mellon Service
Kapitalanlage-Gesellschaft mbH in Heiler Software AG exceeded the threshold of
3% and amounted to 3.44% (400,000 voting rights) on this day.

All these holdings of voting rights are attributable to BNY Mellon Service
Kapitalanlage-Gesellschaft mbH pursuant to Section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 no.
6 WpHG.

and each amounted to 3.44% (400,000 voting rights) on this day.

These 3.44% (400,000 voting rights) are attributable to each above listed
company pursuant to Section 22 paragraph 1, sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection
with sentence 2 WpHG.

III. Further we, The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation, hereby notify pursunt
to section 21, paragraph 1, sentence 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading
Act) that on August 24, 2010 our voting rights in Heiler Software AG exceeded
the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3,44% (400.000 voting rights) on this day.

These 3.44% (400,000 voting rights) are attributable to us pursuant to Section
22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG and Section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 WpHG.
