Tägerwilen, Switzerland has increased above the 3 percent threshold and that it
currently is imputed to hold 3.01 percent of the voting rights in this company
(166,665 out of the 5,538,650 outstanding voting shares). These voting rights
are attributed to Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Holdings, Inc. pursuant to Section
22 (1) sentence 2 and Section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 Securities Trading Act.

Furthermore, First Eagle Investment Management, LLC, New York, USA, hereby
informs you pursuant to Sections 21 (1), 24 Securities Trading Act that on
July 16, 2010, our shareholding in SAF Simulation, Analysis and Forecasting
AG, High-Tech-Center 2, Bahnstrasse 1, CH-8274 Tägerwilen, Switzerland has
increased above the 3 percent threshold and amounts to 3.01 percent of the
voting rights (166,665 out of the 5,538,650 outstanding voting shares). These
voting rights are attributed to us, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arnhold and S.
Bleichroeder Holdings, Inc., pursuant to Section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6
Securities Trading Act.
