EANS-Adhoc: TA Triumph-Adler AG / Accounting mistakes at one subsidiary of TA Triumph-Adler AG entails restating of group results

Nuremberg, May 5, 2010 - Mistakes were made at TA Triumph-Adler Corporate
Consulting GmbH, Bonn, a subsidiary of TA Triumph-Adler AG, in stating earnings
for the financial years since 2007, according to the current state of knowledge.
This will require the restating of group results according to IAS 8. Preliminary
inquiries show that group earnings since 2007 were overstated by a total of
around EUR3 million.

In connection with these findings and effective immediately, TA Triumph-Adler
Corporate Consulting GmbH dismissed one of its managing directors. Mr. Robert
Feldmeier, CEO of TA Triumph-Adler AG, has been appointed as managing director
for the time being.
