Christ Water Technology AG ("CWT" or the "Company"; ticker symbol CWT / Vienna
Stock Exchange) announces changes to its reporting and disclosure calendar. All
dates indicated below are the latest at which the documents are to be published.

Annual Report 2009 May 31, 2010
1st Quarterly Report 2010 June 15, 2010

With regards to Annual Report 2009 and 1st Quarterly Report 2010, the maximum
one-month extension of time has become necessary due to additional requirements,
new procedures and reporting structures the Company had to take into account
following the successful acquisition of a majority position by GLV Inc, The
election of new auditors and requirements for additional information and
documentation resulting from the sale of the Pharma & Life Science business
further extended the closing and audit process.

Although the date for the Annual General Meeting is yet to be confirmed, the
Company has already started to prepare the required material for the squeeze-out
resolution that will be included in the agenda. Both publications will in any
case be done before a resolution will be made on the intended squeeze-out.
