The Supervisory Board of POLYTEC HOLDING AG appointed Mr. Andreas Jagl as the
new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). He will start his job beginning of November
2009 and follows Mr. Karl-Heinz Solly, who will retire by the end of the year. 

With Andreas Jagl, an international experienced top manager will start as the
new CMO of POLYTEC HOLDING AG. Mr. Jagl, lastly working for Johnson Controls
GmbH - Germany as Vice President/General Manager for BMW/Daimler Seatings as
well as Daimler North America, has a long lasting experience within the
automotive industry. Since 1998 he was working for Johnson Controls Group.

I´m looking forward to contribute with my long-lasting automotive experience to
that dynamic company. I am delighted to accept the challenge to be actively
co-shaping the future of POLYTEC GROUP; says Andreas Jagl.
