WpHG which are held through the controlled entities RFS Holdings B.V., ABN AMRO
Holding N.V., ABN AMRO Bank N.V..

2. According to section 21 para. 1 WpHG The Royal Bank of Scotland Group
plc, Edinburgh, United Kingdom, has fallen below the thresholds of 5% and 3% of
the voting rights of Klöckner & Co SE on 22nd September 2009 and amounts to
0.35% on this date, corresponding to 232,857 voting rights.
All voting rights are attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1
WpHG..

3. According to section 21 para. 1 WpHG RFS Holdings B.V., Amsterdam, The
Netherlands, has exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% of the voting rights of
Klöckner & Co SE on 18th September 2009 and amounts to 6.87% on this date,
corresponding to 4,570,985 voting rights.
All voting rights are attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1
