AvW Invest AG has acquired a share of 3.75% in GFT Technologies AG (GFTG.DE), an
international provider of IT services. This is in line with the company´s
investment strategy, which primarily focuses on technology and IT stocks.

GFT is an internationally leading provider of IT services with its headquarters
in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. With a staff of 1,100 employees, GFT generated
EUR 242 million in revenues in 2008. The company was founded in 1987 and offers
innovative technological product and service solutions. GFT operates in Germany,
Brazil, Great Britain, France, India, Switzerland and Spain.

20.62% in S&T System Integration&Technology Distribution AG (SNTS.VI)
16.28% in Realtech AG (RTCG.DE)
3.75% in GFT Technologies AG (GFTG.DE)
