HTI High Tech Industries AG (HTI) in consistent pursuit of the restructuring
measures currently under implementation, has decided to sell its stake in
Technoplast Kunststofftechnik GmbH & Co KG to third parties. Due to the economic
frame conditions it is planned to execute the company in the course of
insolvency proceedings. However, HTI remains active in the division Extrusion
Technology. The tools that were produced by Technoplast Kunststofftechnik GmbH &
Co KG will in future be purchased mostly from a Joint Venture in Asia, which has
been existing for years already.
