Der Curanum AG ist folgende Korrekturveröffentlichung zur Stimmrechtsmitteilung
vom 25.05.2011 gem. §§ 21 Abs. 1, 22 Abs.1 Satz1 Nr.1 WpHG zugegangen:
"1. Addison Nominees Limited, with business address Esplanade, 1st Floor, St
Helier, Jersey JE2 3QA, Channel Islands, are hereby withdrawing their voting
rights notification dated 25 May 2011 regarding the notification pursuant to
section 21 para 1 WpHG about exceeding the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% of
the voting rights in Curanum AG, Engelbertstraße 23-25, 81241 München on 23 May
2011.
2. Carezo (Guernsey) Limited, with business address 1st and 2nd Floors,
Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes Brayes, St Peter Port, Guernsey, Channel Islands,
GY1 1EW, are notifying pursuant to section 21 para 1 WpHG that they exceeded the
thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% of the voting rights in Curanum AG,
Engelbertstraße 23-25, 81241 München on 23 May 2011. Their voting portion at
that date amounted to 17.22%. This corresponds to 6,748,005 voting rights.
This portion comprises 17.22% voting rights (corresponding to 6,748,005 voting
rights) of Triton Partners (HoldCo) Limited, Triton Advisers Limited, Triton
Managers III Limited, Triton Fund III General Partner L.P., Triton Fund III
L.P., Direl Holdco S.à r.l., Actor Holdco S.à r.l., Servus Luxco S.à r.l., Oven
Holdco S.à r.l., Tarpan Holdco S.à r.l., Muha Holdco S.à r.l., Druster Holdco
S.à r.l., Enton 2 S.à r.l., Triton III No. 9 S.à r.l., Triton III No. 10 S.à
r.l., Triton III No. 11 S.à r.l., Triton III No. 12 S.à r.l., Triton III No. 13

Luxco S.à r.l. All of the aforementioned voting rights are attributed to Carezo
(Guernsey) Limited pursuant to section 22 para 1 sentence 1 no 1 WpHG and are
held directly by Young Luxco S.à r.l. (17.22%, corresponding to 6,748,005 voting
rights).
This voting portion does not contain any voting rights which have been obtained
via exercise of a right to acquire shares in Curanum AG granted by a financial
instrument according to section § 25 paragraph 1 sentence 1 WpHG.
3. CT Nominees Limited, with business address 1st and 2nd Floors, Elizabeth
House, Les Ruettes Brayes, St Peter Port, Guernsey, Channel Islands, GY1 1EW,
are notifying pursuant to section 21 para 1 WpHG that they exceeded the
thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% of the voting rights in Curanum AG,
Engelbertstraße 23-25, 81241 München on 23 May 2011. Their voting portion at
that date amounted to 17.22%. This corresponds to 6,748,005 voting rights.

via exercise of a right to acquire shares in Curanum AG granted by a financial
instrument according to section § 25 paragraph 1 sentence 1 WpHG.
4. Peder Prahl, Channel Islands, is notifying pursuant to section 21 para 1 WpHG
that he exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% of the voting rights in
Curanum AG, Engelbertstraße 23-25, 81241 München on 23 May 2011. His voting
portion at that date amounted to 17.22%. This corresponds to 6,748,005 voting
rights.
