Century Casinos announces Dates of Fourth Quarter and Year-End 2011 Earnings
Release and Conference Call

Colorado Springs, Colorado, March 22, 2012 - Century Casinos, Inc. (NASDAQ
Capital Market® and Vienna Stock Exchange: CNTY) announced today that the
company will release its earnings for the fourth quarter and year-end of 2011
on Thursday, March 29, 2012, at 8:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time (`MDT´) (4:00
p.m. Central European Summer Time (`CEST´)).

On Thursday, March 29, 2012, Century Casinos will host its Q4 and year-end 2011
Earnings Conference Call at 10:00 a.m. MDT (6:00 p.m. CEST). Participants are
