The first court decision against Lyoness!

Vienna (OTS) - In today's hearing in front of the District Court
of Trade of Vienna the Judge announced that the claim brought by
Breiteneder Attorneys at Law against Lyoness Europe AG with it's
registered seat in Switzerland is legal and that Lyoness is obliged
to return the investments of the plaintiffs in advertisement
campaigns Austria, Hungary, Slovakia and Option Premium Ranking
Europe. Lyoness gave notice that they will appeal against the
decision.

Expert for the law of the capital markets of Breiteneder Attorneys
at Law, associate Severin Hammer, stated: "The judge followed our
argument und declared that it was necessary for the investments in
advertisement campaigns to publish a prospectus."

Therefore consumers may claim for the return of their investment.
