1. In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG BlackRock Group Limited,
London, UK, have informed us on February 10, 2012 that the percentage holding of
the voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany has fallen below the
threshold of 3% on 07.10.2010 and amounts to 2.81% (929,675 voting shares) per
this date.
These voting rights are attributed to BlackRock Group Limited pursuant to
Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

2. In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG BlackRock Advisors Holdings,
Inc., New York, U.S.A have informed us on February 10, 2012 that the percentage
holding of the voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany has fallen
below the threshold of 3% on 11.10.2010 and amounts to 2.98% (986,909 voting
shares) per this date.
These voting rights are attributed to BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc. pursuant
to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

3. In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG BlackRock International
Holdings, Inc., New York, U.S.A have informed us on February 10, 2012 that the
percentage holding of the voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany
has fallen below the threshold of 3% on 11.10.2010 and amounts to 2.98% (986,909
voting shares) per this date.
These voting rights are attributed to BlackRock International Holdings, Inc.
pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2
WpHG.

4. In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG BR Jersey International
Holdings, L.P., St. Heller, Jersey have informed us on February 10, 2012 that
the percentage holding of the voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn,
Germany has fallen below the threshold of 3% on 11.10.2010 and amounts to 2.98%
(986,909 voting shares) per this date.
These voting rights are attributed to BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P.
pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2
WpHG.
