The Management Board of DATA MODUL Aktiengesellschaft Produktion und Vertrieb von elektronischen Systemen, München (ISIN: DE0005498901) resolved, subject to the approval of the Supervisory Board, to make use of the authorization to acquire Treasury Shares of the Company granted by the Shareholders at the General Meeting on May 11, 2010 in accordance with Sec. 71 Para. 1 No. 8 of the German Stock Corporation Act (Aktiengesetz).
