CORRECTION of a release 3 February: Air Berlin PLC was informed on 3 February 2012 that the voting rights of ESAS Holding A.S./ Istanbul/ Turkey/ in Air Berlin PLC have decreased due to a recently carried out capital increase from 16.48% (formerly) to 12.02% as of today. The amount of shares held by Esas Holding A.S. remained unchanged at 14,045,031. CORRECTION of a release 27 January: Air Berlin PLC was informed on 26 January 2012 that the voting rights of Leibniz-Service GmbH/ Hanover/ Germany, a TUI Travel PLC group company, in Air Berlin PLC have decreased due to a recently carried out capital increase from 6.85% (formerly) to 4.398% as of today. The amount of shares currently held is 5,137,393. CORRECTION of a release 25 January: Air Berlin PLC was informed on 25 January 2012 that the voting rights of Hans-Joachim Knieps/ Germany/ in Air Berlin PLC have decreased due to a recently carried out capital increase from 7.39% (formerly) to 5.48% as of today. The amount of shares held by Hans-Joachim Knieps remained at 6,400,000. CORRECTION of a release 25 January: Air Berlin PLC was informed on 25 January 2012 that the voting rights of Werner Huehn/ Germany/ in Air Berlin PLC have decreased due to a recently carried out capital increase from 3.82% (formerly) to 2.79% as of today. The amount of shares held by Werner Huehn remained unchanged at 3,254,005. CORRECTION of a release 25 January: Air Berlin PLC was informed on 24 January 2012 that the voting rights of Reidun Lundgren held through Metolius Foundation and Ringerike GmbH & Co. Luftfahrtbeteiligungs KG in Air Berlin PLC have decreased due to a recently carried out capital increase from 5.97% (formerly) to 3.89% as of today. The Metolius Foundation is a Liechtenstein foundation and is controlled by Reidun Lundgren. The Metolius Foundation held 3,900,000 shares in Air Berlin PLC. Reidun Lundgren also controls Ringerike GmbH & Co. Luftfahrtsbeteiligungs KG, a German limited partnership, which held 640,275 shares in Air Berlin PLC both before and after the transaction which is subject to this transaction. CORRECTION of a release 24 January: Air Berlin PLC was informed on 24 January 2012 that the voting rights of the Government of Abu Dhabi held through Etihad Airways PJSC/ Abu Dhabi/ United Arab Emirates/ in Air Berlin PLC have increased to 29.2147% as of 24 January 2012. The number of shares directly held by Etihad Airways now is 34,122,575. The government of Abu Dhabi, as 100% shareholder of Etihad Airways, is indirectly interested in the Air Berlin shares owned by Etihad Airways.
