1. In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG The Royal Bank of Scotland
Group plc, Edinburgh, United Kingdom, has informed us that the percentage
holding of the voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany has fallen
below the threshold of 3% on January 27, 2012 and per this date amounts to
0.0004% (148 voting rights) pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.

2. In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG The Royal Bank of Scotland
plc, Edinburgh, United Kingdom has informed us that the percentage holding of
the voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany has fallen below the
threshold of 3% on January 27, 2012 and per this date amounts to 0.0004% (148
voting rights).
