Correction of releases according article 26 WpHG as of 20 January 2012 and 25
January 2012

On 20 January 2012 GSW Immobilien AG has received voting rights notifications
(Stimmrechtsmitteilungen) pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG and on 31. January
2012 GSW Immobilien AG has received corrections of these notifications in the
name and on behalf of the following entities having the following content:

1. W2001 Capitol B.V. (Amsterdam, The Netherlands) has notified us that on
17. January 2012 its voting rights in GSW Immobilien AG fell below the 5%
and 3% thresholds and on that day amount to 0.42% (173,462 voting rights).
0.41% (168,551 voting rights) are attributed to W2001 Capitol B.V.
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 2 WpHG.

2. Whitehall Street Global Real Estate Limited Partnership 2001 (New York,
USA) has notified us that on 17. January 2012 its voting rights in GSW
Immobilien AG fell below the 5% and 3% thresholds and on that day amount
to 0.42% (173,462 voting rights). 0.01% (4,911 voting rights) are
attributed to Whitehall Street Global Real Estate Limited Partnership 2001
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG and 0.41% (168,551 voting
rights) are attributed to Whitehall Street Global Real Estate Limited
Partnership 2001 pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 2 in connection
with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.

3. WH Advisors, L.L.C. 2001 (New York, USA) has notified us that on 17.
January 2012 its voting rights in GSW Immobilien AG fell below the 5% and
3% thresholds and on that day amount to 0.42% (173,462 voting rights).
0.01% (4,911 voting rights) are attributed to WH Advisors, L.L.C. 2001
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG and 0.41% (168,551 voting
rights) are attributed to WH Advisors, L.L.C. 2001 pursuant to
sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 2 in connection with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 2
WpHG.

4. The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (Wilmington, Delaware, USA) has notified us
that on 17. January 2012 its voting rights in GSW Immobilien AG fell below
the 10%, 5% and 3% thresholds and on that day amount to 1.10% (450,055
voting rights). 0.68% (278,463 voting rights) are attributed to The
Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG
and 0.42% (171,592 voting rights) are attributed to The Goldman Sachs
Group, Inc. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 2 in connection with
sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.
