Voting rights notification pursuant to section 21 para. (1) WpHG

1. Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, Sun Life Financial Inc., (Toronto,
ON, Canada) informed us on 30.01.2012 that the percentage of voting
rights
in GSW Immobilien AG fell below the threshold of 10% on 30.01.2012 and
amounts to 9.9756% (4,095,233 voting rights) as per this date. Of these
voting rights, 9.9756% (4,095,233 voting rights) are to be attributed to
Sun Life Financial Inc. pursuant to section 22 para. (1) sentence 1 no. 6
WpHG in connection with section 22 para.(1) sentence 2 WpHG.

2. Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, Sun Life Global Investments Inc.,
(Toronto, ON, Canada) informed us on 30.01.2012 that the percentage of
voting rights in GSW Immobilien AG fell below the threshold of 10% on
30.01.2012 and amounts to 9.9756% (4,095,233 voting rights) as per this
date. Of these voting rights, 9.9756% (4,095,233 voting rights) are to be
attributed to Sun Life Global Investments Inc. pursuant to section 22
para. (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22 para.(1)
sentence 2 WpHG.

3. Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, Sun Life Assurance Company of
Canada
? U.S. Operations Holdings, Inc., (Wellesley Hills, MA, USA) informed us
on 30.01.2012 that the percentage of voting rights in GSW Immobilien AG
fell below the threshold of 10% on 30.01.2012 and amounts to 9.9756%
(4,095,233 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights,
9.9756% (4,095,233 voting rights) are to be attributed to Sun Life
Assurance Company of Canada ? U.S. Operations Holdings, Inc. pursuant to
section 22 para. (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22
para.(1) sentence 2 WpHG.

4. Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, Sun Life Financial (U.S.) Holdings,
Inc., (Wellesley Hills, MA, USA) informed us on 30.01.2012 that the
percentage of voting rights in GSW Immobilien AG fell below the threshold
of 10% on 30.01.2012 and amounts to 9.9756% (4,095,233 voting rights) as
per this date. Of these voting rights, 9.9756% (4,095,233 voting rights)
are to be attributed to Sun Life Financial (U.S.) Holdings, Inc. pursuant
to section 22 para. (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with section
22 para.(1) sentence 2 WpHG.

the percentage of voting rights in GSW Immobilien AG fell below the
threshold of 10% on 30.01.2012 and amounts to 9.9756% (4,095,233 voting
rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, 9.9756% (4,095,233
voting rights) are to be attributed to Sun Life Financial (U.S.)
Investments LLC pursuant to section 22 para. (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in
connection with section 22 para.(1) sentence 2 WpHG

the percentage of voting rights in GSW Immobilien AG fell below the
threshold of 10% on 30.01.2012 and amounts to 9.9756% (4,095,233 voting
rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, 9.9756% (4,095,233
voting rights) are to be attributed to Sun Life of Canada (U.S.)

Services Holdings, Inc. pursuant to section 22 para. (1) sentence 1 no. 6

Company (MFS) (Boston, MA, USA) informed us on 30.01.2012 that the
percentage of voting rights in GSW Immobilien AG fell below the threshold
of 10% on 30.01.2012 and amounts to 9.9756% (4,095,233 voting rights) as
per this date. Of these voting rights, 5.9629% (2,447,932 voting rights)
are to be attributed to Massachusetts Financial Services Company (MFS)
pursuant to section 22 para. (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG and 4.0127%
(1,647,301 voting rights) are to be attributed to Massachusetts Financial
Services Company (MFS) pursuant to section 22 para. (1) sentence 1 no. 6
WpHG in connection with section 22 para.(1) sentence 2 WpHG.
