Voting rights notification pursuant to section 21 para. (1) WpHG

1. Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, Sun Life Financial Inc., (Toronto, ON,
Canada) informed us on 19.01.2012 that the percentage of voting rights in GSW
Immobilien AG exceeded the threshold of 10% on 17.01.2012 and amounts to
10.0222% (4,114,371 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights,
10.0222% (4,114,371 voting rights) are to be attributed to Sun Life Financial
Inc. pursuant to section 22 para. (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
section 22 para.(1) sentence 2 WpHG.

2. Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, Sun Life Global Investments Inc.,
(Toronto, ON, Canada) informed us on 19.01.2012 that the percentage of voting
rights in GSW Immobilien AG exceeded the threshold of 10% on 17.01.2012 and
amounts to 10.0222% (4,114,371 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting
rights, 10.0222% (4,114,371 voting rights) are to be attributed to Sun Life
Global Investments Inc. pursuant to section 22 para. (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG
in connection with section 22 para.(1) sentence 2 WpHG.

3. Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada -
U.S. Operations Holdings, Inc., (Wellesley Hills, MA, USA) informed us on
19.01.2012 that the percentage of voting rights in GSW Immobilien AG exceeded
the threshold of 10% on 17.01.2012 and amounts to 10.0222% (4,114,371 voting
rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, 10.0222% (4,114,371 voting
rights) are to be attributed to Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada - U.S.
Operations Holdings, Inc. pursuant to section 22 para. (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG
in connection with section 22 para.(1) sentence 2 WpHG.

4. Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, Sun Life Financial (U.S.) Holdings,
Inc., (Wellesley Hills, MA, USA) informed us on 19.01.2012 that the percentage
of voting rights in GSW Immobilien AG exceeded the threshold of 10% on
17.01.2012 and amounts to 10.0222% (4,114,371 voting rights) as per this date.
Of these voting rights, 10.0222% (4,114,371 voting rights) are to be attributed
to Sun Life Financial (U.S.) Holdings, Inc. pursuant to section 22 para. (1)
sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22 para.(1) sentence 2 WpHG.

5. Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, Sun Life Financial (U.S.) Investments
LLC, (Wellesley Hills, MA, USA) informed us on 19.01.2012 that the percentage of
voting rights in GSW Immobilien AG exceeded the threshold of 10% on 17.01.2012
and amounts to 10.0222% (4,114,371 voting rights) as per this date. Of these
voting rights, 10.0222% (4,114,371 voting rights) are to be attributed to Sun
Life Financial (U.S.) Investments LLC pursuant to section 22 para. (1) sentence
1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22 para.(1) sentence 2 WpHG

6. Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, Sun Life of Canada (U.S.) Financial
Services Holdings, Inc. (Boston, MA, USA) informed us on 19.01.2012 that the
percentage of voting rights in GSW Immobilien AG exceeded the threshold of 10%
on 17.01.2012 and amounts to 10.0222% (4,114,371 voting rights) as per this
date. Of these voting rights, 10.0222% (4,114,371 voting rights) are to be
attributed to Sun Life of Canada (U.S.) Financial Services Holdings, Inc.
pursuant to section 22 para. (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
section 22 para.(1) sentence 2 WpHG.

7. Pursuant to section 21 para.(1) WpHG, Massachusetts Financial Services
Company (MFS) (Boston, MA, USA) informed us on 19.01.2012 that the percentage of
voting rights in GSW Immobilien AG exceeded the threshold of 10% on 17.01.2012
and amounts to 10.0222% (4,114,371 voting rights) as per this date. Of these
voting rights, 5.9460% (2,440,982 voting rights) are to be attributed to
Massachusetts Financial Services Company (MFS) pursuant to section 22 para. (1)
sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG and 4.0762% (1,673,389 voting rights) are to be attributed
to Massachusetts Financial Services Company (MFS) pursuant to section 22 para.
(1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22 para.(1) sentence 2
WpHG.
