(Stimmrechtsmitteilungen) pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and on
behalf of the following entities and persons having the following content:

1. Lekkum Holding B.V. (Baarn, The Netherlands) has notified us that on 17
January 2012 its voting rights in GSW Immobilien AG fell below the 10%, 5% and
3% thresholds and on that day amount to 0.43% (176,593 voting rights). 0.42% of
the voting rights (171,594 voting rights) are attributed to Lekkum Holding B.V.
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 2 WpHG.

2. Cerberus Global Investments B.V. (Baarn, The Netherlands) has notified us
that on 17 January 2012 its voting rights in GSW Immobilien AG fell below the
10%, 5% and 3% thresholds and on that day amount to 0.43% (176,593 voting
rights). 0.42% of the voting rights (171,594 voting rights) are attributed to
Cerberus Global Investments B.V. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 2 in
connection with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.

3. Sublime Investments S.à r.l. (Luxembourg, Luxembourg) has notified us that on
17 January 2012 its voting rights in GSW Immobilien AG fell below the 10%, 5%
and 3% thresholds and on that day amount to 0.43% (176,593 voting rights).
0.42% of the voting rights (171,594 voting rights) are attributed to Sublime
Investments S.à r.l. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 2 in connection
with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.

4. Cerberus Series Two Holdings, L.L.C. (Wilmington, Delaware, USA) has notified
us that on 17 January 2012 its voting rights in GSW Immobilien AG fell below the
10%, 5% and 3% thresholds and on that day amount to 0.43% (176,593 voting
rights). 0.42% of the voting rights (171,594 voting rights) are attributed to
Cerberus Series Two Holdings, L.L.C. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 2
