1. DL Verwaltungs GmbH & Co. WP KG, Zirchow, Germany, has informed us on 17 November 2011 according to sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that their share of voting rights in Marseille-Kliniken AG has exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% on 04 November 2011 and has amounted to 32.42% on this day. This is equivalent to 4,726,629 directly held voting rights of the overall 14,580,000 voting rights in Marseille-Kliniken AG.

2. DL-Holding GmbH, Zirchow, Germany, has informed us on 17 November 2011 according to sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that their share of voting rights in Marseille-Kliniken AG has exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% on 04 November 2011 and has amounted to 32.42% on this day. This is equivalent to 4,726,629 attributed voting rights of the overall 14,580,000 voting rights in Marseille-Kliniken AG.

Of these voting rights, 32.42% (4,726,629 voting rights) are attributed to DL-Holding GmbH pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG in connection with sec. 22 para. 3 WpHG from DL Verwaltungs GmbH & Co. WP KG, which is a subsidiary of DL-Holding GmbH.
