Duesseldorf, 14. September 2011 - The Supervisory Board of Versatel AG has today
accepted the request of Alain D. Bandle to resign as Chairman of the Versatel AG
Management Board and has relieved him of his duties effective as of the end of
30 September 2011. The agreement to end Mr. Bandle´s term of office was mutually
agreed. Mr. Joachim Bellinghoven, member of the Management Board of Versatel AG
since August 2009, will serve as interim Chairman of the Management Board until
Mr. Bandle´s successor has been named.
