Announcement according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG (share)

1. On August 15, 2011, JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited, London, United
Kingdom, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of
voting rights in Derby Cycle AG, Cloppenburg, Germany, has fallen below the
threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.93% of the voting rights (219,414 voting
rights) as of August 15, 2011.

Of these voting rights in Derby Cycle AG, 2.48% (185,781 voting rights) were
attributed to JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited pursuant to section 22 (1)
sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. Further 0.45% (33,633 voting rights) were attributed to
JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited pursuant to section 22 (2) WpHG.

2. On August 15, 2011, JPMorgan Asset Management (Taiwan) Limited, Taipei,
Taiwan, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of
voting rights in Derby Cycle AG, Cloppenburg, Germany, has fallen below the
threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.93% of the voting rights (219,414 voting
rights) as of August 15, 2011.

Of these voting rights in Derby Cycle AG, 0.45% (33,633 voting rights) were
attributed to JPMorgan Asset Management (Taiwan) Limited pursuant to section 22
(1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. Further 2.48% (185,781 voting rights) were attributed to
JPMorgan Asset Management (Taiwan) Limited pursuant to section 22 (2) WpHG.
