Notification pursuant to sec. 26 para. 1 Securities Trading Act (WpHG)

1) Boussard & Gavaudan Gestion SAS, Paris, France, informed us pursuant to sec.
21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on June 20, 2011 the voting rights of Boussard &
Gavaudan Gestion SAS in Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany, have fallen
below the threshold of 3 per cent and amounted to 1.70 per cent (360,255
voting rights) as per this date.

Of these voting rights, 1.59 per cent (336,101 voting rights) are to be
attributed to Boussard & Gavaudan Gestion SAS, Paris, France, pursuant to
section 22 para. 2 WpHG.
