Hamburg (euro adhoc) - Hamburg, March 7, 2011. The Supervisory Board of
COLEXON Energy AG has completed the reorganization of the management team.
Rolando Gennari takes over as the new CFO with immediate effect.

With the appointment of Dr. Rolando Gennari the association gains international
expertise for the further expansion in the European photovoltaic market. "Our
main task in the next months will be to continue to position COLEXON for the
dynamic change in the solar market", states Volker Hars. "The core focus lies
on potential effects of the change in the feed in tariff in Italy, France and
the United Kingdom", continues the CEO.

Volker Hars (46) has completed his studies with a degree in business
administration and has many years of senior management experience in
internationally operating companies. He had been CFO of the listed Lynas
Cooperation in Austalia and of Cleanaway Deutschland AG & Co. KG. Moreover, he
has held various financial and marketing positions at Cadbury Schweppes in
Germany and abroad for more than eleven years. He joined the COLEXON management
board in February 2010.

Dr. Rolando Gennari, CFO COLEXON Energy AG
After his studies in finance and economy at the University in Siena (Italy),
Dr. Rolando Gennari (51) gained international management experience in the
banking-group Banca Nazionale del Lavoro SpA (BNL) in Rome. In 2004 the native
Italian joined the management board of HCI Capital AG where he was responsible
for the initial public offering of the association and later on took charge of
the financial department. Dr. Gennari is active in the photovoltaic business
since 2009. He was a senior advisor for an English client in the structuring of
a 60 MWp solar park portfolio according the standard of Conto Energia and
consulted German investors for solar investments in Southern Italy.
