On February 17, 2011, DKA Consult A/S, Virum, Denmark has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
COLEXON Energy AG, Hamburg, Germany, ISIN: DE0005250708, WKN: 525070, have
fallen below the 5 % limit of the Voting Rights on February 15, 2011 and on that
day amounted to 4.44 % (this corresponds to 787.104 Voting Rights).

On February 16, 2011, DKA Consult A/S has fallen below the 3 % limit of the
Voting Rights and on that day amounted to 2.28 % (this corresponds to 404,825
Voting Rights).

On February 17, 2011, Mr. Lasse Lindblad, Denmark has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on COLEXON
Energy AG, Hamburg, Germany, ISIN: DE0005250708, WKN: 525070, have fallen below
the 5 % limit of the Voting Rights on February 15, 2011 and on that day amounted
to 4.44 % (this corresponds to 787,104 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.44 % of the Voting
Rights (this corresponds to 787,104 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr.
Lindblad and held via the following controlled companies whose holdings of
voting rights amount to more than 3 % in COLEXON Energy AG: DKA Consult A/S.

On February 16, 2011, Mr. Lasse Lindblad has fallen below the 3 % limit of the
Voting Rights and on that day amounted to 2.28 % (this corresponds to 404,825
Voting Rights).
