more memory capacities - the proven mobile terminal skeye.allegro is now
available with an 806 MHz processor as well as with 256 MB of RAM and 1 GB of
flash memory. The Skeye division of Hoeft & Wessel the market leader in the
field of mobile devices in the German retail sector, presented its new product
development for the first time at the EuroShop 2011 in Dusseldorf, the leading
global retail trade fair. The robust device certified in conformity with the IP
65 standard is easy to operate single-handedly. In addition to the usual
portrait format available on the market, the skeye.allegro is the only terminal
of its kind that also comes with a display in landscape format. Order placement
and inventory management activities on shelves now are even more transparent
than before and serve to optimise the entire process thanks to the landscape
display on the touch screen.

This successful series has already been in use for years now by some of the
largest retail chains in Europe, for mobile applications in branches as well as
in storage and transport logistics. Equipped with GPRS/EDGE, GPS, WLAN and
Bluetooth, the skeye.allegro is in command of all current communication
technologies available today.

In addition to the new skeye.allegro, Skeye will be displaying the
multifunctional mobile terminals of the skeye.dart series which, with the size
of a PDA and equipped with a barcode scanner, camera and telephone, even
feature Smartphone qualities. The product family extends to include all mobile
IT processes. A recent novelty is that the model with the 3.5" display is also
available with a numeric keypad. The robust industrial PDA is suitable for all
fields of ERP, warehouse logistics and consignment tracking & tracing. Thanks
to its ergonomic design, the device fits securely into the user´s hand and is
easy to operate. With a mass of only just 300 grams, the skeye.dart is a
genuine light-weight, with a very good cost/performance ratio. The model is
available both with the operating system Windows Embedded CE 6.0 and Windows
Mobile 6.5.
