the voting rights of Leibniz-Service GmbH in Air Berlin PLC as of 22 October
2010 have decreased from 7.90% (formerly) to 6.99%. Due to further sales the
voting rights as of 1 November 2010 amounted to 6.85%. Leibniz-Service GmbH now
holds 5,837,393 shares.
