i.e. 1.751.000 voting rights on this day.

13 October 2010 according to § 21 para 1 of the WpHG, that the voting interest
held in Balda AG, Bergkirchener Str. 228, 32549 Bad Oeynhausen, Germany, ISIN:
DE0005215107, WKN: 521510 has exceeded the threshold of 3% on 13 October 2010
and amounts to 3.23%, i.e. 1.751.000 voting rights on this day. All such voting
rights are attributed to QP GP LLC via Quantum Partners LP pursuant to § 22
