Duisburg (euro adhoc) - Duisburg, March 1, 2010 - After Klöckner & Co SE had
signed a preliminary agreement for the acquisition of the Becker Stahl-Service
Group of Bönen, Germany, on November 11, 2009, the Becker Stahl-Service
acquisition was successfully finalized today. The European Commission had
already approved Klöckner & Co SE´s acquisition of the Becker Stahl-Service
Group during the past week.

The Becker Stahl-Service Group is one of the largest steel service center
companies in Europe. Located in Bönen, in the German state of North
Rhine-Westphalia, it operates one of the largest and most modern steel service
centers in the world.
