Correction of voting rights announcement as of 13 October 2009

In a letter dated 4 November 2009 Erster Privater Investmentclub Börsebius
Zentral (GbR), Cologne, Germany, has informed us pursuant to Section 21
Subsection 1 of the Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG) that
their share in voting rights of Deutsche Effecten- und Wechsel-
Beteiligungsgesellschaft AG, Jena, Germany, ISIN: DE0008041005, exceeded the
threshold of 25% on 12 October 2009 and amounts, as of such date, to 28.28%
(4,306,304 voting rights). 24.58 % of the voting rights (3,743,272 voting
rights) were attributed Erster Privater Investmentclub Börsebius Zentral (GbR)
in accordance with Section 22 Subsection 1, Sentence 1 No. 1 and No. 2 of the
Securities Trading Act through ABAG Aktienmarkt Beteiligungs AG, Cologne,
Germany.
