Duisburg (euro adhoc) - Duisburg, October 8, 2009 - The Supervisory Board of
Klöckner & Co SE has approved the request by Dr. Thomas Ludwig to resign two
months earlier than initially planned on October 31, 2009. At the same time
Gisbert Rühl´s appointment as Chairman of the Management Board has been brought
forward to November 1, 2009.
