Hörsching (euro adhoc) - At their Annual General Meeting the shareholders of POLYTEC Holding AG have just acknowledged the Annual Results for the 2008 business year. These results had been published on 24 June 2009 and were again presented in detail by the Managing Board today. According to a proposal from the Managing Board, the company will not pay a dividend due to the massive reduction in results and the difficult situation of the automotive supply industry as well as the general economic and financial crisis. Both the Managing and the Supervisory Board were unanimously granted discharge for the 2008 business period.

No resolution was passed on item no. 7 of the agenda, "Election to the Supervisory Board", which had been added to the agenda after its original publication. This was due to the Managing Board´s withdrawing its proposal, as the underlying restructuring contracts have not yet come into force.
