POLYTEC HOLDING AG has been informed, that Unternehmens Invest AG, an affiliated
company of CROSS Industries AG, holds as of November 19, 2008, 5,33% of POLYTEC
HOLDING AG s ordinary shares.

Due to the fact of the disclosed holding of 5.33% and the 15.01% stake in
POLYTEC HOLDING AG s share capital held by CROSS Motorsport Systems AG, the
CROSS Industries GROUP is in possession of 20.34% of POLYTEC HOLDING AG s share
capital.

On part of CROSS Industries GROUP it is intended to nominate Dr. Rudolf Knünz,
managing director and co-owner of CROSS Industries AG, for the supervisory board
of POLYTEC HOLDING AG. Friedrich Huemer, CEO and principal shareholder, welcomes
the increased engagement in POLYTEC HOLDING AG.
