• Wiener Städtische Versicherung AG Vienna Insurance Group holds over 5% of
Sparkassen Immobilien AG
• Following sale of s Versicherung AG, Erste Group Bank AG holds 9% of
Sparkassen Immobilien AG

Stock exchange listed Sparkassen Immobilien AG has received notifications from
Wiener Städtische Versicherung AG Vienna Insurance Group and Erste Group Bank AG
- both registered in Vienna - pursuant to section 91(1) Austrian Stock Exchange
Act (BörseG): Wiener Städtische has acquired an indirect interest in more than
5% of the issued share capital of Sparkassen Immobilien AG.

The interest has come about as a result of the sale of s Versicherung by Erste
Group Bank AG to Wiener Städtische. The conclusion of the sale was announced
last week following approval by the relevant competition authorities and the
Austrian insurance regulatory authority. Erste Group will in future hold 9% of s
IMMO shares.
