year, Intercell AG (VSE, "ICLL") presents its final Annual Financial Report
2007.

The illustrated Annual Report contains the audited consolidated financial
statements according to IFRS and gives detailed information on Intercell´s
latest achievements and anticipated milestones. It highlights the company´s
progress in product development and the scientific and commercial potential of
its technology platforms. At the same time, Intercell AG publishes its statutory
financial report according to Austrian GAAP.
