voting rights in TUI AG, Hanover, Germany, on 10 January 2008 and at this point
in time held 3.35% (8,428,001 voting shares).
Of these voting rights, 0.19% (477,055 shares) are attributable to UBS AG
pursuant to paragraph 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG.
