In accordance with section 21 of the Federal Securities Trading Act, the Impala
Fund Ltd., Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, notified us on October 31st 2007, that
their voting rights in Conergy AG have fallen below the level of 3% on October
26th 2007 and reach as of that day 1.19%, which represents in total 392,926
shares in the issuer.

0.56% of the above mentioned voting rights (or 183,328 shares) can be allocated
to Impala Fund Ltd. in accordance with Section 22 Sub-Section 2 of the Federal
Securities Trading Act which arise out of shares held by Impala Fund LP. Both
funds are managed by Impala Asset Management LLC, run the same strategy and vote
in concert.

In accordance with section 21 of the Federal Securities Trading Act, the Impala
Fund LP, New Canaan, USA, notified us on October 31st 2007, that their voting
rights in Conergy AG have fallen below the level of 3% on October 26th 2007 and
reach as of that day 1.19%, which represents in total 392,926 shares.

0.64% of the above mentioned voting rights (or 209,598 shares) can be allocated
to Impala Fund LP in accordance with Section 22 Sub-Section 2 of the Federal
Securities Trading Act which arise out of shares held by Impala Fund Ltd. Both
funds are managed by Impala Asset Management LLC, run the same strategy and vote
in concert.

In accordance with section 21 of the Federal Securities Trading Act, the Impala
Asset Advisors, LLC., New Canaan, USA, notified us on October 31st 2007, that
their voting rights in Conergy AG have fallen below the level of 3% on October
26th 2007 and reach as of that day 1.30%, which represents in total 426,595
shares.

The voting rights can be allocated to:

a. Impala Fund LP for 0.56% of the voting rights (or 183,328 shares); and
b. Impala Alternative Energy Fund LP for 0.10% of the voting rights (or 33,669
shares),

in each case in accordance with Section 22 Sub-Section 1 No.1 of the Federal
Securities Trading Act, and

c. Impala Fund Ltd. for 0.64% of the voting rights (or 209,598 shares) in
accordance with Section 22 Sub-Section 2 of the Federal Securities Trading Act.

In accordance with section 21 of the Federal Securities Trading Act, the Impala
Asset Management LLC., New Canaan, USA, notified us on October 31st 2007, that
their voting rights in Conergy AG have fallen below the level of 3% on October
26th 2007 and reach as of that day 1.47%, which represents in total 486,195
shares.

The voting rights can be allocated to

a. Impala Fund Ltd. for 0.64% of the voting rights (or 209,598 shares);
b. Impala Fund LP for 0.56% of voting rights (or 183,328 shares);
c. Impala Alternative Energy Fund Ltd. for 0.18% of the voting rights (or 59,600
shares)
d. Impala Alternative Energy Fund LP 0.10% of the voting rights (or 33,669
shares),

in each case in accordance with Section 22 Sub-Section 1 No. 6 of the Federal
Securities Trading Act.
