In the financial year 2010, IVU continued its positive development and
generated revenues of EUR 39.1 million, exceeding the revenue of the previous
year by 5%. The gross profit was EUR 29.5 million, an increase over 2009 of 7%;
EBIT even increased by 24% to EUR 2.6 million. All figures are still
provisional, subject to the auditors´ certification.

The increasing international scope of IVU´s business has contributed
significantly to its success. However, the new orders are associated with new
challenges. For example, the order from Santiago de Chile has been considerably
delayed by the fact that the country has seen two changes of transport minister
within the past 10 months. It is unclear if or when this project will commence,
and until the situation is clarified the order has been withdrawn from the
forecast. Successes in other growth regions have ensured that the goals for
2010 were nevertheless reached and that the positive development will continue
in 2011.

In 2010, IVU once again strengthened its team. Personnel capacity increased to
285 (+4.4% in comparison with 2009), and personnel expenditure increased by 3%
to EUR 18.9 million. Interest payments fell by 6%, because IVU has now paid off
its non-current loans.
