The supervisory board of POLYTEC HOLDING AG appointed Dkfm. Peter Haidenek as
new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of POLYTEC GROUP. He will start on February
1, 2011 at the latest.

Peter Haidenek has a long lasting experience as board member and managing
director of international, stock listed companies. Among others he was member of
the board of Flamm AG (Aachen, D) and Chemson Polymer Additive AG (Arnoldstein,
A) as well as in the management of Deutsche Lufthansa AG and Adidas-Salomon AG
At last he was working as Senior Manager and Head of the M&A and ECM team at
KPMG Financial Advisory Services GmbH Vienna.
