C-QUADRAT Investment AG has been notified today by the liquidator of AvW Gruppe AG that its 32,59% stake in C-QUADRAT Investment AG (1.422.365 shares) will be sold by auction on 13 October 2010. According to the liquidator binding offers are already existing. The precise conditions of sale and further details are available at Austrian "Ediktsdatei".
