28 April 2010 - Fortune Management Inc. (General Standard, ISIN USU026281027, SIN: A0BLYY; "Fortune") has drawn a thick line under the past by presenting its Annual Report 2009. The company has re-organized.
The net result was again negative (-19,829 kEUR; 2008: -18,492 kEUR), largely due to the interest expenses for the bond issued (-7,639 kEUR; 2008: -9,056 kEUR) and the reversal of deferred tax assets (-9,848 kEUR; 2008: 23,281 kEUR).
After the restructuring a material participation in the Fortune Super Equity Management LLC in Abu Dhabi (UAE) remains which represents the most important asset of the Fortune-Group today.
