Vienna (OTS) - King Juan Carlos I of Spain and Austrian President Heinz Fischer will inaugurate the OSCE Secretariat’s new headquarters in Vienna on Wednesday, 21 November.

Non-pool journalists will be able to follow both events on CCTV from a Media Centre in the Hofburg Congress Centre. Broadcasters will have access to the TV and audio signal through Austria’s ORF network.
