1.  Bear Stearns International Limited, London, UK
    We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para 1 of the WpHG, that on 11
    April 2007 the voting interest of Bear Stearns International Limited in
    PUMA AG Rudolf Dassler Sport exceeded the threshold of 3% and at this date
    amounted to 3.19% (this corresponds to 509,195 shares).

2.  Bear Stearns UK Holdings Limited, London, UK
    We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para 1 of the WpHG, that on 11
    April 2007 the voting interest of Bear Stearns UK Holdings Limited in PUMA
    AG Rudolf Dassler Sport exceeded the threshold of 3% and at this date
    amounted to 3.19% (this corresponds to 509,195 shares).

    3.19% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 509,195 shares) are
    attributable to Bear Stearns UK Holdings Limited in accordance with sec. 22
    para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the WpHG.

    The chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights are
    held is: Bear Stearns International Limited.

3.  The Bear Stearns Companies Inc., New York, USA
    We hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para 1 of the WpHG, that on 11
    April 2007 the voting interest of The Bear Stearns Companies Inc. in PUMA
    AG Rudolf Dassler Sport exceeded the threshold of 3% and at this date
    amounted to 3.19% (this corresponds to 509,195 shares).

    3.19% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 509,195 shares) are
    attributable to The Bear Stearns Companies Inc. in accordance with sec. 22
    para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the WpHG.

    The chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights are
    held is: Bear Stearns International Limited, Bear Stearns UK Holdings
    Limited.
