Bank of America Corporation Declares Dividends=

Charlotte, N.C. (OTS) - The Bank of America Corporation
board of directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of
$.50 per share on Bank of America common stock.

The dividend is payable June 23, 2000 to shareholders of record on
June 2, 2000.

The board also declared a $1.75 regular cash dividend on the 7
percent Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, Series B. The dividend
is payable July 28, 2000 to shareholders of record on July 14, 2000.
